  9. ipod loaded with Kevin and Bean podcasts
  10. Snacks
  • bananas
  • hummus
  • assorted veggies in stick form (carrots, cucumbers, celery)
  • bagels and peanut butter
  • luna bar minis
  • power bar power bites

 

UPDATE:  It’s Sunday, I finished riding two days ago.  Here’s what I actually used:

  • one tube
  • one patch
  • bike pumps (stand up and mini)
  • luna bar minis
  • bananas
  • carrots
  • rehydrate
  • spark
  • post workout recovery
  • water
  • camelbak with water
  • zip ties
  • one chocolate clif shot
